Le S/Lieutenant : Patrice Saint-Jacques est un spécialiste du terrain hostile et du renseignement.

CARRIÈRE

 

Recruté en 1970 par le S.A.C, il débute sa carrière sur le terrain en infiltrant divers réseaux anarchistes et gauchistes. Grâce à ses informations, le service Action décapite de nombreuses têtes.

Très vite muté pour son professionnalisme à Paris, il permet de mettre fin à de nombreux complots visant le Président de la République, ainsi que son épouse. (Voir les affaires sur votre site actuel).

PRENEZ CONNAISSANCE DE CES AFFAIRES

 

 

En 1972, c’est le grand ménage au sein du service désormais rebaptisé DGSE. Marchiani, fortement impliqué dans l’affaire Markovic, fait partie de la charrette et entame un long purgatoire. Un autre personnage, viendra sur les rangs dans cette histoire. Marcantoni.

 

En 1972, il est envoyé en mission au Tchad afin de déjouer un attentat commandité par la Libye. Celle-ci, visait le Président : Georges Pompidou par la mort, afin de déstabiliser l’entente des 2 Pays. (La France et le Tchad).

 

 

Cette action reçu pour nom de code : « Opération Raymond».

Lors de cet affrontement, il devait y perdre un de ses compagnons d'armes, et sauver la vie du chef de l’Etat nommé ci-dessus.

 

Homme de terrain redoutable, il fit déjouer d’importants complots dans de nombreux pays d'Afrique.

 

Ex: L'opération Kolwezi en Mai 1978. Son ami, Bob Denard, lui fournissant d’innombrables informations.

Ses dernières missions furent : L’Irak, la Yougoslavie et le Kosovo.

 

 

 

 

Sa rencontre avec Philippe de Dieuleveult.

Lors de quelques missions, il fit équipe en "Binôme" avec Philippe de DIEULEVEULT. Briefé dans le bureau de M. Pierre LACOSTE, directeur de la D.G.S.E à l'époque. Ils devaient s'y rencontrer pour la première fois.

 

La première mission avec ce nouveau "partenaire" fut un "job" de renseignements (1982).

Ils partirent pour un Pays d’Afrique ou l’agitation menait son plein. Leurs rôles: Envoyer le plus d’informations et photos à la Piscine : (DGSE).

 

A cet instant, Patrice Saint-Jacques pu se rendre compte de l’homme d'exception, qu’était Philippe. Son courage, son dévouement, son honneur et sa camaraderie firent, qu'ils restèrent de bons amis jusqu’à la fin.

Il devait rencontrer son épouse Diane et ses deux enfants, Erwann et Tugdual, lors de diverses invitations, au domicile de Philippe.

 

Une autre mission eu lieu en 1984. Celle-ci était classée à très haut risque.

 

Sautant de nuit en parachute en Afrique,

ils devaient secourir un de leur collègue, capturés par les rebelles.

Une nouvelle fois, Patrice Saint-Jacques pu constater la détermination de Philippe. Celui-ci, l’épaula pendant cette action avec un sang-froid remarquable. Le mandat terminé, ils se frayaient en binôme soudé, un chemin, en direction d'un hélicoptère qui les attendait à quelques kilomètres du point d'attaque. Ce moyen mis en place fut (un des stratagèmes), leur permettant de prendre le large afin de revenir au Pays.

 

 

 

(Vous comprendrez que je ne puisse vous en dire d’avantage, étant toujours moi-même, sous le secret-défense).

Mon but est de témoigner ici pour mes amis et mes frères d’armes.

Merci Philippe, et face que ton passeport et le ciel bleu aujourd’hui, remplisse à tout jamais ta mémoire et ton repos.

 

Commentaire :

 

Patrice Saint-Jacques terminait ses fonctions, au service de la protection rapprochée des Présidents.

Puis, il fut muté au service de la (D.I.C.O.D) : Délégation à l’Information et à la Communication de la Défense, ou il devait mettre fin à sa carrière après 30 années de bons et loyaux services.
